CKEditor extension for Joomla 2 and Joomla 3

A year ago CKSource stoped mainaining of official CKEditor add-on for Joomla.
Due to official add-on is not fully compatible with Joomla 3.x JS+ team started maintaining own add-on based on official one.

The add-on has GPL license (free for any use), was fixed, improved and will be improved more.

Changelog for v. 4.0.0 (since the last "official" version):

• Joomla 3 compatibility added and tested.
• CKEditor updated to v. 4.5.8.
• Fixed bug: unable to save CKEditor extension preferences.
• Fixed UI bug: incorrect text fields displaying inside CKEditor dialogs.
