Overview

When you want to automatically show dropdown menu by specified category, its subcategories and articles, you might want to use Auto Category Dropdown Menu module.

It is exact the Tree version of Auto Category Menu module, but also Superfish javascript is attached to it. It has some additional configurable parameters in backend to customize dropdown behaviour. All other options are the same as in Tree version.

1. Automatic menu generation (this menu does not exist in Joomla "Menu" backend section).
2. Showing categories with link to index article.
3. Searching categories' index articles by customizable regular expression.
4. Categories and articles ordering control.
5. Full CSS control of displaying menu: a LOT of various classes assigned to menu items.

7. Menu will be automatically shown as vertical or horizontal dropdown with using customizable via backend Superfish script.
